  • The PERSON IN CHARGE of a MOBILE FOOD UNIT shall ensure that a separate HANDWASHING SINK for EMPLOYEES is accessible at all times of operation; allows convenient use by EMPLOYEES; is located within 25 feet of FOOD preparation, FOOD dispensing, and WAREWASHING areas; is installed as specified under WAC 246-215-05210; and includes soap and paper towels.
