In addition to this chapter, specific applicable standards for the regulation of advertisements relating to individual, group, blanket, and franchise and individual and group health care service contractors' agreements, are included in WAC 284-50-010 through 284-50-230, and are applicable to the advertisement of all long-term care insurance contracts.
