Section 284-23-660. Effective date of the accelerated benefit.

The accelerated benefit provision shall be effective for a qualifying event caused by an accident on the effective date of the policy or rider. The accelerated benefit provision shall be effective for illness no more than thirty days following the effective date of the policy or rider.
