Section 246-271-060. Plans for sewage treatment works—Requirements for engineers.

All plans for new sewage treatment plants, major changes or additions to existing systems or plants shall be prepared under the supervision of a professional engineer licensed in accordance with chapter 283, Laws of 1947 (chapter 18.43 RCW). All copies of plans submitted to the department for review shall bear the seal of the professional engineer under whose supervision they have been prepared.
