Section 246-271-050. Plans for sewage treatment works.

Engineering report of sewage treatment works - Before detailed plans and specifications for new sewage treatment works or major extensions, alterations or improvements to existing sewage treatment works are prepared, every owner or authorized agent shall submit one copy of a preliminary engineering report to the department and receive written approval. This report shall include the items listed under "scope of the engineering report" in the appendix.
