Section 181-86-040. Revocation order—Definition.

  • As used in this chapter, the term "revocation order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:
    (1) Findings of fact.
    (2) One or more conclusions of law stating one or more of the following:
    (a) The commission of an act of unprofessional conduct.
    (b) The lack of good moral character.
    (c) The lack of personal fitness.
    (3) An order revoking the certificate(s) of the education practitioner.
