Section 181-86-040. Revocation order—Definition.

- As used in this chapter, the term "revocation order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:(1) Findings of fact.(2) One or more conclusions of law stating one or more of the following:(a) The commission of an act of unprofessional conduct.(b) The lack of good moral character.(c) The lack of personal fitness.(3) An order revoking the certificate(s) of the education practitioner.[WSR 06-02-051, recodified as § 181-86-040, filed 12/29/05, effective 1/1/06.
