 Title 181. Professional Educator Standards Board
 Chapter 181-86. Professional certification—Policies and procedures for administration of certification proceedings.

  Section 181-86-035. Suspension order—Definition.

  • As used in this chapter, the term "suspension order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:
    (1) Findings of fact.
    (2) One or more conclusions of law stating one or more of the following:
    (a) The commission of an act of unprofessional conduct.
    (b) The lack of good moral character.
    (c) The lack of personal fitness.
    (3) An order suspending the education practitioner from practicing for a stated period of time.
    (4) Such order may contain a requirement that the certificate holder fulfill certain conditions precedent to resuming professional practice and certain conditions subsequent to resuming professional practice.
