Section 181-86-050. Grounds for issuance of denial of application for certification or endorsement order.

The superintendent of public instruction shall issue a denial of application for certification or endorsement order if the applicant is not eligible for one or more of the following:

(1) Certification.

(2) Reissuance of a certificate.

(3) Reinstatement of a certificate.

(4) An endorsement.
