- Evidence may be submitted for consideration of the arbitration committee in the form of witness by affidavit. The committee shall consider such evidence and give to it only such weight as the committee deems appropriate after consideration of any objections made to its admission. All parties shall be entitled to examine such documents and shall be entitled to a copy upon request and payment of duplication and mailing costs.
