- Use of discovery is limited in mandatory arbitration cases.(1) The following types of discovery may be requested of the arbitration committee:(a) Deposition.(b) Written interrogatories.(c) Request for production of documents.(2) The arbitration committee may allow and condition use of discovery on a showing of necessity and an unavailability by other means.
