Section 16-301-105. Filing of a complaint for arbitration.

- To submit a demand for mandatory arbitration, a buyer shall make and file with the director of the department a sworn complaint against the seed dealer.(1) Such complaint shall contain:(a) A statement setting forth the nature of the claim and damages.(b) The dollar amount involved in the claim.(c) The remedy sought.(2) The complaint must be accompanied by a filing fee of one hundred dollars to cover the costs of processing the complaint.(3) The buyer shall send the dealer that is the subject of the complaint a copy of the complaint by registered mail.
