Section 16-301-110. Requirement to respond to complaint.

Within twenty days within receipt of the sworn complaint, the seed dealer shall file an answer to the complaint with the director by United States registered mail.

(1) If no answer is filed within the stated time:

(a) It will be deemed that the claim is denied.

(b) The failure to file a timely response will be recorded and made a part of the official record.

(2) Failure to file a timely response shall not operate to delay the arbitration process.
