Section 16-230-460. Does a commercial greenhouse need to be notified?

The owners of commercial greenhouses located in the area under order shall be notified in person or by certified mail by aerial applicators and public operators at least forty-eight hours prior to the application of allowable use restricted herbicides to be applied within one-half mile of the above greenhouses.
