Section 16-230-450. What information does an aerial applicator need from the landowner?

The landowner or person in charge of the farming operation shall notify the aerial applicator he/she hires of any susceptible crops planted or to be planted bordering the field to which use restricted herbicides are to be applied in the area under order (see WAC 16-230-400).
