Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #12-108.

     Subject: Medicaid program of HCA will revise the DME, MSE, and P&O medicaid provider guides.

     Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA will revise the following medicaid provide [provider] guides with new status indicators, prior authorization requirements for selected codes, and added procedure codes. Nondurable medical supplies and equipment, prosthetic and orthotic devices, wheelchairs, durable medical equipment and supplies.
