Section 480-15-390. Permit names or trade names.

- (1) A carrier must conduct operations under the exact name shown on its household goods permit. If a carrier does business under a trade or assumed name, that name must also appear on the permit.(2) A carrier may not operate under a name that is similar to another carrier unless one of the following conditions applies:(a) The carrier whose name is similar has given written permission to use the name.(b) The commission authorizes use of the similar name.
