Section 388-891-1240. What happens to a device, tool, piece of equipment or other item if I need it when my DVR case service record is closed?

DVR may transfer ownership of the device, tool, piece of equipment or other item to you at the time a DVR counselor closes your case service record if you have achieved an employment outcome and you need the item to keep your job.
