Section 388-891-1230. What happens if I fail to return a device, tool, piece of equipment or other item if requested by DVR?
Latest version.
If DVR directs you to return an item loaned to you and you do not immediately return it, DVR reports the loss to the DSHS office of financial recovery (OFR). The OFR attempts to recover the item or payment for the item from you. If the OFR cannot recover the item or payment for the item from you, the OFR may report the loss to the local county prosecutor for legal action.
