Section 388-823-0310. If I have cerebral palsy, how do I meet the definition of substantial limitations?

  • If you have an eligible condition of cerebral palsy, in order to meet the definition of substantial limitations, you must demonstrate the need for direct physical assistance, per WAC 388-823-0760, with two or more of the following activities as a result of your condition:
    (1) Toileting;
    (2) Bathing;
    (3) Eating;
    (4) Dressing;
    (5) Mobility; or
    (6) Communication.
