Section 388-112-0115. What specialty training is required if a resident has more than one special need?

- If a resident has needs in more than one of the special needs areas, the adult family home or assisted living facility must determine which of the specialty trainings will most appropriately address the overall needs of the resident and ensure that the appropriate specialty training is completed as required. If additional training beyond the specialty training is needed to meet all of the resident's needs, the adult family home or assisted living facility must ensure that additional training is completed.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.08.090, 74.09.520.
