Section 357-46-063. May an employer temporarily layoff an employee?

- For any of the reasons specified in WAC 357-46-010, an employer may temporarily layoff an employee by:(1) Reducing the number of hours an employee is scheduled to work; or(2) Furloughing the employee.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 41.06 RCW.
