Section 357-31-020. For general government part-time employees, how is holiday compensation prorated?

- Compensation for holidays (including personal holiday) for part-time general government employees will be proportionate to the number of hours in pay status in the month to that required for full-time employment, excluding all holiday hours. Time spent on temporary layoff as provided in WAC 357-46-063 is considered time in pay status for the purpose of this section.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 41.06 RCW.
