Section 308-48-580. Board approval of continuing education activities.

Latest version.

All continuing education activities, to satisfy the licensure/registration requirements, must be approved by the board of funeral directors and embalmers. Further, the board shall certify the number of hours to be awarded for participation in each approved continuing education activity.
