Section 308-48-075. Display of licenses.

Latest version.

(1) A licensee must display a license in each location where he/she is employed. Legal duplicates provided by the department at a fee to be determined by the director will be displayed when a licensee is employed at more than one location. The display of photocopies is prohibited.
