Section 308-330-535. Bicycle rental agencies.

A rental agency shall not rent or offer any bicycle for rent unless the bicycle is licensed and a license plate or decal is attached thereto as provided herein and such bicycle is equipped with the equipment required by RCW 46.61.780.
