Section 308-100-120. Extra-territorial convictions—Notification.

A driver of a commercial motor vehicle required to notify the department of an extra-territorial conviction under the provisions of section 5, chapter 178, Laws of 1989, shall make such notification on a form provided by the department, or by other correspondence providing the information required on the department's form.
