Section 296-96-01057. Does the department charge a fee to perform investigations and what is the fee?

- An elevator inspector may charge at a rate of $77.30 per hour (including travel time) plus the standard per diem and mileage allowance granted to department inspectors. These services shall include accident investigation relating to any and all accidents.
