Section 296-104-040. Administration—When should inspectors submit inspection reports and on what forms?

- Inspectors shall submit reports of inspections of boilers and unfired pressure vessels on appropriate forms or media approved by the chief inspector. Routine reports of inspections shall be submitted within thirty days of inspection.
