Section 284-198-030. Resubmission.

If the commissioner requires a carrier to resubmit data because the data file was submitted in an incorrect format or does not otherwise comply with the specifications in this chapter and the data call, the carrier must respond within thirty calendar days of receiving a notice to resubmit.
