Section 284-17-576. Actions by a prelicensing insurance education provider that may result in a fine.

  • The following actions by a prelicensing insurance education provider may result in a fine:
    (1) Advertising or offering a course for credit without the prior approval of the commissioner;
    (2) Failing to follow the approved course outline;
    (3) Issuing fraudulent completion certificates;
    (4) Erroneous advertising; or
    (5) Failing to comply with any statute or rule pertaining to prelicensing insurance education providers.
