- The chief administrator or executive officer of any hospital, home health agency, or nursing home shall report to the board when any physical therapist's services are terminated or are restricted based on a determination that the physical therapist has either committed an act or acts which may constitute unprofessional conduct or that the physical therapist may be mentally or physically disabled.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.74.023(3) and 18.130.070.
