Section 246-869-235. Prescription drug repackaging—Definitions.

- (1) "Unit-dose" means the ordered amount of a drug in an individually sealed package and in a dosage form ready for administration to a particular person by the prescribed route at the prescribed time.(2) "Unit-of-use" means a sufficient quantity of a drug for one normal course of therapy.(3) "Lot number," "control number" means any distinctive combination of letters, numbers, or symbols, or any combination of them, from which a complete history of the manufacturer, processing, packing, holding, and distribution of a batch or lot of drug product or other material can be determined.(4) "Med-pack" means any package prepared under the immediate supervision of a pharmacist for a specific patient comprising a series of containers and containing one or more prescribed solid oral dosage forms including multifill blister packs.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.64.005.
