Section 246-854-095. Scope of practice—Allopathic alternate physician.

The osteopathic physician assistant licensed under chapter 18.57A RCW shall practice under the delegation agreement and prescriptive authority approved by the board whether the alternate supervising physician is licensed as an osteopathic physician under chapter 18.57 RCW or an allopathic physician under chapter 18.71 RCW.
