Section 246-826-070. Maintenance of listing of drugs and functions authorized.

- Each delegator must maintain a list of the specific medications, diagnostic agents, or vaccines and the route of administration of each that he or she has authorized. Both the delegator and the delegatee shall sign and date the list.
