Section 246-810-013. State agency employee credentialing requirements.

- (1) Until July 1, 2010, an employee of a state agency who is practicing counseling, as part of his or her position, must be credentialed as a registered counselor or an agency affiliated counselor unless they are exempt under WAC 246-810-011.(2) On and after July 1, 2010, an employee of a state agency, practice counseling, as part of his or her position, must be credentialed as an agency affiliated counselor unless they are exempt under WAC 246-810-011.(3) A person may not, for a fee or as a part of his or her position as an employee of a state agency, practice hypnotherapy without being registered to practice as a hypnotherapist unless they are exempt under WAC 246-810-011.
