Section 246-244-230. Documents and records required at temporary job sites.

- Each licensee conducting operations at a temporary job site shall have the following documents and records available at all times at that site for inspection by the department:(1) Current operating and emergency procedure(s);(2) Survey records required pursuant to WAC 246-244-210 for the period of operation at the site;(3) Actual current calibration certificates (or photocopies) for the radiation survey instruments used at the site;(4) When operating in the state of Washington under reciprocity, a copy of the appropriate license, and the Washington state rules and regulations for radiation protection;(5) Records of current leak tests for all sealed sources which require such tests at the job site;(6) Use logs required pursuant to WAC 246-244-100;(7) Current United States Department of Transportation shipping papers and transport container certifications for the material transported; and(8) Records of spotmarker inventories made prior to arrival required pursuant to WAC 246-244-090.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.98.050 and 70.98.080.
