Section 220-69-290. Annual production report.

There is hereby created a state of Washington annual production report form to be prepared, printed, and distributed annually by the department to all wholesale dealers, canners, custom canners, and by-product manufacturers. The annual production report shall be completed and returned to the department not later than January 31 for the preceding year of business activities.
