Section 208-630-605. Must I maintain a business resumption plan?

Yes. Licensees must have a written plan that details the company's response and recovery to any event that results in damage to or destruction of the books and records relating to the licensee's business triggering the license requirement. The plan must be maintained as part of the licensee's books and records.
