Section 192-310-055. What additional records must farm operators or farm labor contractors keep? (RCW 50.04.155 and 50.12.070.)

- (1) Farm operators and farm labor contractors must keep the records required under WAC 192-310-050.(2) Farm operators who contract with a crew leader or a farm labor contractor must keep original records containing the following information:(a) The beginning and ending dates of the contract;(b) The types of services performed;(c) The number of persons performing such services;(d) The name of the contractor or crew leader; and(e) Evidence the farm labor contractor is licensed as required by chapter 19.30 RCW.[Statutory Authority: RCW 50.12.010, 50.12.040.
