Section 173-95A-550. Commercial, industrial, and institutional flows.

(1) The portion of a project designed to serve the needs of commercial, industrial, and institutional customers may be funded using loans only.

(2) Capacity to serve local public primary and secondary schools may be grant eligible if the applicant can demonstrate financial hardship according to WAC 173-95A-400.
