Section 173-360-398. Closure records.

Owners and operators shall maintain records that demonstrate compliance with closure requirements under WAC 173-360-380 through 173-360-398. The results of the site assessment required in WAC 173-360-390 shall be maintained for at least five years after completion of permanent closure or change-in-service in one of the following ways:

(1) By the owners and operators who took the UST system out of service;

(2) By the current owners and operators of the UST system site; or

(3) By mailing these records to the department or delegated agency if they cannot be maintained at the closed facility.
