Section 173-182-740. Drill requirement waivers.

- (1) Plan holders may request a waiver for a deployment or tabletop drill requirements.(2) The request shall be in writing and shall describe why a waiver should be considered and how the plan holder is meeting the purpose and intent of the drill program with the waiver.(3) Plan holder's requests for a drill waiver will be made available for public review and comment, including interested local and tribal governments and other stakeholders, for a period of thirty days.(4) Ecology will evaluate the request and respond in writing within sixty calendar days of receipt of the waiver request.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 90.56 RCW.
