Section 16-252-180. Good manufacturing practices adopted.

The following good manufacturing practices are adopted:

(1) Regulations prescribing current good manufacturing practices for Type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in 21 C.F.R., Part 225, Sections 225.1-225.202.

(2) Regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A Medicated Articles as published in 21 C.F.R., Part 226, Sections 226.1-226.115.

(3) Regulations pertaining to animal proteins prohibited in ruminant feed as published in 21 C.F.R., Part 589.2000.
