Section 16-240-042. Payment of fees and charges.

- (1) All department fees and charges for services rendered are due within thirty days of the statement date. Interest at the rate of one percent per month, or fraction thereof, shall accrue on any balance owed after thirty days of the statement date.(2) If the department does not receive payment within thirty days:(a) Services may be withheld until the delinquent account is paid; or(b) Cash payment for subsequent services may be required.[Statutory Authority: RCW 15.17.050, 2012 2nd sp.s. c 7, and chapter 34.05 RCW.
