Section 16-231-525. What are the notification requirements of farm operators for use restricted herbicides in Whitman County?

The landowner or person in charge of farming operations shall notify the aerial applicator he/she hires of any susceptible crops planted or to be planted bordering the field to which use restricted herbicides are to be applied in the area under order.
