Section 16-202-1022. What is an appropriate monitoring schedule?

- (1) A chemigation application must be visually inspected by a certified applicator or someone under his or her direct supervision at least once during each four-hour period, unless the pesticide label requires a more frequent interval. Specific applications due to location or product characteristics may require more frequent monitoring.(2) The certified applicator is considered principally responsible to ensure that the chemigation system functions properly and conforms with the provisions of this chapter.
