Section 137-56-030. Reasons for placement in a work release program.

- Work/training release may be authorized for one or more of the following:(1) To participate in full-time employment or part-time employment at specialized programs;(2) To participate in a vocational training program, including attendance at an accredited college.(3) To secure services to support transition back to the community.(4) As a sanction for violating community supervision conditions.[Statutory Authority: RCW 72.01.090, 72.09.130, and 9.94.070.
