[ Filed September 4, 2012, 10:55 a.m. ] WAC 132F-142-010, 132F-142-020, 132F-142-030, 132F-142-040, 132F-142-050, 132F-142-070, and 132F-142-080, proposed by the Seattle Community Colleges in WSR 12-05-109 appearing in issue 12-05 of the State Register, which was distributed on March 7, 2012, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
