     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #12-70.

     Subject: Medicaid program of HCA is publishing a revised Dental-Related Service Medicaid Provider Guide.

     Retroactive to dates of service on and after March 1, 2012, the medicaid program of HCA is publishing a revised Dental-Related Service Medicaid Provider Guide. The guide's revisions reflect a recent change to the coverage table to add procedure code D7285.
