In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: CN-261.
Subject: Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA) implementation - medical provisions.
Effective Date: August 14, 2007.
Document Description: This canary notice provides division of child support staff with guidance concerning how to collect unreimbursed medical expenses, establish administrative orders that include an obligation for either or both parents to provide health insurance and pay for a proportionate share of medical expenses, and enforce medical support against the custodial parent when appropriate.
